There are people who before the quarantine had difficulties in the area of mental health or who even had years or months with some diagnosis, whether it be depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, problems with anger, hyperactivity, etc., which have been aggravated in this context of the pandemic. What do we do if we are the ones who exhibit these conditions? What do we do if we live with a family member who displays mental health conditions?
